Welcome to Barrakets. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website, purchasing products, and interacting with our services.

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We may update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

  • Occasionally items may sell out or be discontinued; if so, we’ll contact you with alternatives or a refund.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online or in-store.

  • Payment is required in full before shipping.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay (if offered), and any other methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide (and internationally if offered).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Item returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, if unused, unworn, and are returned with tags attached.

  • Sale items and earrings are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Gift Cards

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Barrakets and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Barrakets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our site or products.

  • Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
