Refund policy

At Barrakets, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer store credit via a gift card for eligible returns. To qualify for a return, you must request it within 7 days of receiving your item. All returned items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, complete with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact. It is important that the items are not marked, damaged, or used.

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. This includes sale or clearance items, underwear or intimates, and any items that have been used or damaged.

To initiate a return, contact us at barraketsshop2@gmail.com to request a Return Form. Once your return is approved, you can send your item back to us via Express Post and email us the tracking number. Please note that returns must be sent at the buyer’s expense, this will come out of the refund money once item is received. Additionally, if the returned item is found to be in unsuitable condition, the customer will be responsible for the extra postage required to return the item.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund. We ask that you allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.

For your information, we do not accept refunds via Afterpay or Zip Pay, and a standard shipping fee of $15 applies. Shipping times may take up to or exceed 5 business days, depending on your location, and there will be extra charges for larger or heavier items based on their weight.
