At Barrakets, every order is carefully prepared and sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service for peace of mind and reliable tracking.

To check estimated delivery times for your location, please use the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and enter 2390 in the “From” field along with your postcode or suburb in the “To” field.

  • Express Shipping – $19.95
    3-5 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping – $14.95
    2-8 Busiess Days
  • Extra Cover Shipping – $44.95
    2-8 Business Days, includes additional package protection.

Please note: Dispatch times are separate from Australia Post transit times. For the most accurate delivery estimates, we recommend checking the Australia Post website directly.

Additional Shipping Terms

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, weekends, or due to severe weather events.

  • Barrakets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for reimbursement.

  • Ownership of goods transfers to you once your order has been shipped to the address supplied, provided full payment has been received.

  • If Australia Post delays, damages, or misplaces a parcel, we will assist by lodging an investigation on your behalf. However, Barrakets cannot be held liable for issues caused by Australia Post.

  • Parcels returned to us as “Return to Sender” will be issued as a store credit (less any return fees charged). We do not automatically resend parcels free of charge once returned.
